You can expect your order to arrive about 5-7 business days after your order is shipped. This general estimate applies to both large and small shipments. Unless you are custom-ordering a product, your order will be shipped between 1-5 business days after it is placed. If we are expecting any delays -- we will notify you within 24 hours of placing the order.
Orders over $49 are shipped free of charge to 48 states, not including Alaska or Hawaii. To obtain a quote for a shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, or locations outside of the contiguous United States, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once an order is placed, an email is sent to the email address you provided, confirming your purchase. You will recieve an email from us when your order is processed, and another one once it is shipped. You can also find the status of your order at anytime, by logging into your account on our website or just send us an email us at email@example.com -- we usually reply withing a few hours.
In order to return a product, it has to be new, unused, unaltered, and not previously assembled. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order delivery date. Roundtrip shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee are deducted from the refund. Please note that shipping costs will be charged for a return even if you were not originally charged for shipment of the item. Large items are delivered by curb-side via truck delivery service unless otherwise indicated on the product detail page or additional services have been arranged during the order process. Large item deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm. A delivery agent will call to schedule delivery. A person at least 18 years or older must be present to sign for the delivery. Customers must inspect the carton for visible damage and if there is any reason for concern with the product condition, "product damaged" must be written on the face of the receipt. Damages Must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours with no charge. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours because they are submitted to our warehouse or the manufacturer's warehouse to be processed. To cancel an order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your name, order number, and reason for cancellation. Once the cancellation is approved, you will receive an email confirming order cancellation. Customers who wish to cancel an order after 24 hours of placing it will be subject to our return policy. To exchange your order less than 24 hours after placing it, you should cancel the order by sending an email to email@example.com including your name, order number, and reason for exchange. Once the cancellation is approved, you will receive an email confirming your cancellation. You can then place an order for the item you'd like to exchange it for. To exchange your order more than 24 hours after placing it, you must go through the return process. Decor Brothers only collects sales tax in the state of New York, unless the order is specifically exempt from taxation. For more information, please refer to the sales tax section of our Order Info & Policies page.
