Payment Options

Credit Cards:
Decor Brothers accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and PayPal. A card is charged in full at the time an order is placed.

Checks & Money Orders:
Decor Brothers accepts personal checks and USPS Money Orders for orders that are mailed. For all mail orders, include your name, phone number, email address, as well as the physical address for the order to be shipped. See Shipping and Delivery below for restrictions on shipping addresses.

Note: Orders placed with a personal check will be held for 7 days after receipt to allow sufficient time for the check to clear. Orders received with a USPS Money Order will be placed immediately.

Sales and Use Tax

Decor Brothers charges sales tax for product shipped into New York unless a valid Exemption Certificate is provided. Decor Brothers does not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, a purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. A purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details on how to file these returns may be found at the websites of applicable taxing authorities. The states where this may be imposed are Colorado, Kentucky, Nevada, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Vermont.

Shipping and Delivery

Decor Brothers ships orders over $49 free of charge; some exceptions apply. See product pages for specific details. Decor Brothers Free Shipping, Threshold and Curbside services are limited to the 48 contiguous United States.

To obtain a quote for a shipment to Alaska, Hawaii or International locations click here. For orders outside of the contiguous United States allow additional days for delivery.

Most products ship UPS or FedEx.

How can I track my order?
Once you place your order, an email will be sent to the email address provided, confirming your purchase. For questions or updates, you can email cs@decorbrothers.com and we will provide an update within 1 business days.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Generally, you can expect your products to arrive within approximately 5-7 business days after your order is shipped.

Large Package Delivery Items
Furniture and other large items require additional shipping time, and usually arrive within approximately 2 weeks. Once you are ready to schedule your delivery, our delivery company will give you a call. We cannot guarantee exact delivery days and times. Call us in advance if your order requires special arrangements to be made, such as bringing the order through a narrow doorway or over multiple flights of stairs.

Many products are ready to ship within two days of order placement, others are manufactured when an order is placed, see product pages for specific details. In the case that your order is delayed or on backorder, we will notify you as soon as we can and do everything in our power to make sure your order gets to you as quickly as we can.

Large package items are delivered by truck delivery service. Items will not be placed inside the home/threshold unless:
  1. Otherwise indicated on the product detail page.
  2. Additional services have been arranged for during the order process.

Large package deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. A delivery agent will call to schedule delivery. A responsible party at least 18 years of age must be present to take delivery and sign for the shipment.

Large package deliveries require a signature for the merchandise. Customers must inspect the delivery carton for visible damage. If the carton has visible damage or there is any reason for concern with the packaging or product condition "product damaged" must be written on the face of the delivery receipt. Customers that sign for delivery and do not notate "damage" assume responsibility if merchandise is damaged. Review the Damaged Merchandise section.

Please note, you are responsible for reporting any damage, mistakes, or missing parts to your order within 48 hours. Customers must email cs@decorbrothers.com within 48 hours of receipt to report any missing or damaged items. Any claims reported after the first 48 hours will be declined by our insurance company.

Decor Brothers is not responsible for shipping delays due to the fault of the manufacturer or delivery carrier.

Refused Delivery
DO NOT refuse delivery under any circumstances. Refused deliveries are processed as returns, even in cases of damage. Returns are subject to our return policy (25% restocking fee plus the cost of round-trip shipping.) Do NOT refuse delivery even if it arrives damaged. More often than not, if there is any damage -- it will usually be one or two items on the shipment that are damaged, and not the entire shipment. For example if you ordered a vanity and a countertop, the countertop may be damaged but the vanity intact. Either way you must accept delivery and provide us photos of the items that we need to replace. Anything sent back to the warehouse will delay your replacement, and will be subject to our return policy regardless of condition.

Customers are responsible for all costs driven by a refused delivery for product not damaged.

Rural delivery is available to properties with a physical address.
Decor Brothers cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations or military APO/FPO addresses.

The items must meet the following criteria to qualify for our Price Match Guarantee:
The product is not a discontinued, closeout, or clearance item.
The products must be identical (quantity, brand, color, etc.)
The price includes in home delivery with setup and applicable sales tax.
The product is in stock and available for immediate shipment from the competitor.
The advertised price is from an authorized online store.
The price is a published price and/or you have a written quotation from a competitor. Verbal price quotes are not acceptable.
Coupons cannot be applied with an item that has been submitted for price-match.
The Low Price Guarantee cannot be applied to previous orders.
We only compare with verified companies.
Companies who violate manufacturers’ Advertised Pricing policies

We don't offer price matching to local retail stores and showrooms. Price matching is honored for online distributors. Exclusions include select plumbing items e.g. toilets, bidets, faucets, sinks and plumbing parts. We review all competitor fees and charges involved with placing the order to include shipping costs, restocking fees and return restrictions. Due to Minimum Advertised Pricing policies that are set by manufacturers Decor Brothers may not be able to match pricing below certain levels. In order to receive a price match from Decor Brothers send the URL (website address) link for the competitor's page to cs@decorbrothers.com. Decor Brothers will review and respond within one business day. We reserve the right to refuse a price match for any reason or for no reason.


Returns

Returnable items must arrive back in original condition. Products must be new, unused, unaltered, uninstalled, not previously laundered or assembled e.g. no cut or clipped wires, no contact with water and no writing on the shipping carton to include all original packaging and accessories. Items sold in Multiple Quantities must be returned in the minimum multiple quantity they were sold in.


Items eligible for return must be initiated within 30 days from the order delivery date. Roundtrip shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee are deducted from the refund, which will be the price of purchase. Please note, the shipping cost will be charged in the case of a return regardless of whether or not you were originally charged for shipping.

Returned items cannot be resold to customers, as they have been used. As such, they are usually donated to charity.

To begin the process of returning an order:

• You must send an email to cs@decorbrothers.com containing your name, order number, and reason for the return.
• You will receive an email with return confirmation if your request is confirmed.
• Returns cannot be processed over the phone.
• All sales are final for clearance items. No returns may be made on items listed for clearance.

Allow for 10 business days from the receipt of a return for a charge credit. Prior to placing an order refer to the product detail page for the item specific return policy.
After placing an order refer to confirmation or shipping update e-mails.


Products and packaging not in original condition will not be accepted for return.

Visible or concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. To request a Return Authorization click here. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization.

Amazon Orders: Return requests must be submitted via Your Account on Amazon.com.

Certain brands and products are none-returnable, and orders placed for these items cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. 
All made-to order products are none-returnable, and orders placed for these products cannot be canceled.
Orders placed for "Waterstone", "Phylrich", "Santec", "Graff" , "Jason", "Hydro Systems" products are non-returnable, and cannot be canceled.


Due to the nature of some types of orders the general return policy will not apply. Some exceptions include:

  1. Open Box items are sold as is and are not eligible for return.
  2. Orders for 10 or more of the same item are subject to a 25% restocking charge. For large quantity orders it is recommended a sample is ordered first to ensure the item meets requirements.
  3. Orders for items that are not on the Decor Brothers website may not be returned. Notification will be provided at the time of ordering if an item is not eligible for return.
  4. Custom and built-to-order items are not eligible for return.


Cancellations

Any orders can be cancelled within 24 hours with no charge to the customer. We cannot allow orders to be cancelled after 24 hours because orders are immediately submitted to our warehouse or the manufacturer's warehouse when the customer places them. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the order. This email must be reviewed by the customer to ensure everything is correct.

To cancel an order:
• Send an email to cs@decorbrothers.com including your name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
• If your cancellation is approved, you will receive an email confirming your cancellation request.
• Cancellations cannot be processed over the phone.
• Orders which are being held for layaway orders, delayed delivery, and special orders cannot be cancelled.
• Customers who cancel an order after the 24 hour window are subject to the Return Policy.

Cancellations are not executed until Decor Brothers confirms an order has not been processed or shipped. Provided Decor Brothers confirms an order has been cancelled credit will be issued to the original form of payment.

Custom and built-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation. The item specific return policy applies to any cancellation request that cannot be executed.

Damaged Merchandise

If an order or any part of your order arrives damaged, write “damaged” on the delivery slip which you signed upon arrival of the item. Items must be marked as damaged on the delivery slip to qualify for free repair or replacement by the manufacturer. You must email photos of the damaged items to cs@decorbrothers.com within 48 hours of delivery.
If the delivery slip and photo proof have been properly documented and emailed, the manufacturer will send replacement parts to you directly for free.
You will never be charged for fixing or replacing products which have arrived to you damaged. Upon inspection, if we decide that an item can be repaired instead of replaced, we reserve the right to choose to repair the damaged item.

Decor Brothers may or may not pickup the damaged goods from your location, this decision is at our sole discretion. In cases where we chose to pickup the damaged goods, and the damaged item is not returned within 30 days, Decor Brothers will recharge the original method of payment until the item is received.  Damaged items instructed to be returned must arrive back in the condition they were received. Products must be new, unused, unaltered, uninstalled, not previously laundered or assembled e.g. no cut or clipped wires, no contact with water and no writing on the shipping carton to include all original packaging and accessories.
