Regarding Pricing Information
We review our pricing regularly to provide our customers with great values and maintain highly competitive prices both on our website and in our store locations. However, pricing or typographical errors may occur on our Site despite our goal to provide accurate pricing information. As such, the price of an item purchased on the Site cannot be confirmed by Decor Brothers, Inc. until after the item is purchased. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for an item which is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing. In the event that such an error in pricing occurs, Decor Brothers, Inc. may contact customers for instructions or notify them of the cancellation of their order.
Pricing listed is not guaranteed. An order placed on an item which is found to be incorrectly prices priced does not bind us to honor the listed price. If this is found to be the case, the order will be stopped and credit cards will not be charged. Customers will be notified by email if a pricing error has occurred, and customers are under no obligation whatsoever to purchase the item at the correct price. Errors in pricing which are found on our site will be corrected on the same business day that they are discovered.
Please note, despite our commitment to provide our customers with great values both on the Site and in our store location, pricing found on DecorBrothers.com may sometimes not match the price in a store. If this is the case, our stores do not honor Internet pricing. Likewise, Decor Brothers, Inc. does not match prices with other retailers.

Regarding Finish, Leather, and Stone
Please note, exact finish on objects ordered is not guaranteed to be exactly as pictured.
When dealing with wood, there are natural differences in grain, sheen, and color. Likewise, stone finishes may naturally differ in color and pattern. Leather may also have varying texture, color, and sheen due to naturally occurring phenomena as well as tanning and dyeing techniques employed in production. These variations are not, and cannot be considered damages or defects.
Manufacturers may create intentional spots, scratches, or marks on products with a distressed style. These marks are not considered defects or damages.
A Note on Color
Photos of advertised products may vary in color from products received due to differences in lighting conditions, photograph editing, or computer monitor resolution. Products may also look different in your home than in photographs, as photographs are made in model rooms using professional lighting and photographic equipment. The most accurate images are available on DecorBrothers.com.
You have 14 days to return an item to receive a refund. Roundtrip shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee are deducted from the refund, which will be the price of purchase. Please note, the shipping cost will be charged in the case of a return regardless of whether or not you were originally charged for shipping.
Returned items cannot be resold to customers, as they have been used. As such, they are usually donated to charity.
We cannot guarantee delivery times or dates, including weekend or night deliveries.
Items not purchased from us cannot be assembled by our delivery team.
To begin the process of returning an order:
• You must send an email to email@example.com containing your name, order number, and reason for the return.
• You will receive an email with return confirmation if your request is confirmed.
• Returns cannot be processed over the phone.
• All sales are final for clearance items. No returns may be made on items listed for clearance.
Certain brands and products are none-returnable, and orders placed for these items cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
All made-to order products are none-returnable, and orders placed for these products cannot be canceled.
Orders placed for "Waterstone", "Phylrich", "Santec", "Graff" , "Jason", "Hydro Systems" products are non-returnable, and cannot be canceled.
Any orders can be cancelled within 24 hours with no charge to the customer. We cannot allow orders to be cancelled after 24 hours because orders are immediately submitted to our warehouse or the manufacturer's warehouse when the customer places them. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the order. This email must be reviewed by the customer to ensure everything is correct.
To cancel an order:
• Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
• If your cancellation is approved, you will receive an email confirming your cancellation request.
• Cancellations cannot be processed over the phone.
• Orders which are being held for layaway orders, delayed delivery, and special orders cannot be cancelled.
• Customers who cancel an order after the 24 hour window are subject to the Return Policy.
Cancellations are not executed until Decor Brothers confirms an order
has not been processed or shipped. Provided Decor Brothers confirms an
order has been cancelled credit will be issued to the original form of
Custom and built-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation. The item specific return policy applies to any cancellation request that cannot be executed.
Certain brands and products are none-returnable, and orders placed for these items cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
Damaged Orders / Missing Orders
If an order or any part of your order arrives damaged, write “damaged” on the delivery slip which you signed upon arrival of the item. Items must be marked as damaged on the delivery slip to qualify for free repair or replacement by the manufacturer. You must email photos of the damaged items to email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery.
If the delivery slip and photo proof have been properly documented and emailed, the manufacturer will send replacement parts to you directly for free. You will never be charged for fixing or replacing products which have arrived to you damaged. Upon inspection, if we decide that an item can be repaired instead of replaced, we reserve the right to choose to repair the damaged item.
Damaged items instructed to be returned must arrive back in the condition they were received. Products must be new, unused, unaltered, uninstalled, not previously laundered or assembled e.g. no cut or clipped wires, no contact with water and no writing on the shipping carton to include all original packaging and accessories. Items sold in Multiple Quantities must be returned in the minimum multiple quantity they were sold in.
Products and packaging not in original condition will not be accepted for return.
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. To request a Return Authorization click here. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization.
Customer participation is needed. Be prepared to provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. Additional instructions will then be provided. If a replacement item is needed, items will be sent at no additional cost. Decor Brothers may or may not pickup the damaged goods from your location, this decision is at our sole discretion. In cases where we chose to pickup the damaged goods, and the damaged item is not returned within 30 days, Decor Brothers will recharge the original method of payment until the item is received.
Please note, you are responsible for reporting any damage, mistakes, or missing parts to your order within 48 hours. Customers must email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt to report any missing or damaged items. Any claims reported after the first 48 hours will be declined by our insurance company.
Orders Which Do Not Fit
Items which are sent back to the warehouse because they do not fit are subject to the return policy.
Objects which do not fit in a doorway may be disassembled and reassembled. If this is the case, you may accept the delivery and we will give you a contact for an assembly technician at your own cost.
Preparing for Delivery
Before your delivery, make sure to take the following precautions:
• Prepare the room by making sure adequate space is available for the installation team
• Remove furniture and other items which may be in the way
• Remove shelves and other objects from the wall which may be loose or knocked down
Customers who place an order with DecorBrothers.com online, on the phone, via fax or email are in agreement with our terms and conditions as listed on our website.
Large package deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. A
delivery agent will call to schedule delivery. A responsible party at
least 18 years of age must be present to take delivery and sign for the
Large package deliveries require a signature for the merchandise. Customers must inspect the delivery carton for visible damage. If the carton has visible damage or there is any reason for concern with the packaging or product condition "product damaged" must be written on the face of the delivery receipt. Customers that sign for delivery and do not notate "damage" assume responsibility if merchandise is damaged. Review the Damaged Merchandise section.
Decor Brothers is not responsible for shipping delays due to the fault of the manufacturer or delivery carrier.
DO NOT refuse delivery under any circumstances. Refused deliveries are processed as returns, even in cases of damage. Returns are subject to our return policy (25% restocking fee plus the cost of round-trip shipping.) Do NOT refuse delivery even if it arrives damaged. More often than not, if there is any damage -- it will usually be one or two items on the shipment that are damaged, and not the entire shipment. For example if you ordered a vanity and a countertop, the countertop may be damaged but the vanity intact. Either way you must accept delivery and provide us photos of the items that we need to replace. Anything sent back to the warehouse will delay your replacement, and will be subject to our return policy regardless of condition.
Customers are responsible for all costs driven by a refused delivery for product not damaged.

How can I track my order?
Once you place your order, an email will be sent to the email address provided, confirming your purchase. For questions or updates, you can email email@example.com and we will provide an update within 1 business days.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Generally, you can expect your products to arrive within approximately 5-7 business days after your order is shipped.
Large Package Delivery Items
Furniture and other large items require additional shipping time, and usually arrive within approximately 2 weeks. Once you are ready to schedule your delivery, our delivery company will give you a call. We cannot guarantee exact delivery days and times. Call us in advance if your order requires special arrangements to be made, such as bringing the order through a narrow doorway or over multiple flights of stairs.
Many products are ready to ship within two days of order placement, others are manufactured when an order is placed, see product pages for specific details. In the case that your order is delayed or on backorder, we will notify you as soon as we can and do everything in our power to make sure your order gets to you as quickly as we can.
Large package items are delivered by truck delivery service. Items will not be placed inside the home/threshold unless:
a. Otherwise indicated on the product detail page.
b. Additional services have been arranged for during the order process.
Rural delivery is available to properties with a physical address.
Decor Brothers cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations or military APO/FPO addresses.
